The ongoing application of the student can be viewed and managed from the student record page.
The application that student has chosen to apply will be appearing in the pane on the right. This is the default view that you will fall into when you open up the student record page.
Click on the ‘Application’ icon on the side bar that appears on the student record page. The Application pane appears.
The snippet of the application can be viewed here on the application card. You can see the course, institution and campus details the student has applied to. Also, the current stage and status of the application can be seen on the circle.
If you want to manage the application or see everything about that application, click on the Application ID. You will be directed towards application page.
A new application can be created from multiple places. One of them is from the student record page. Follow the steps below to create an application.
Click on “Application” button to open up the application pane on the right-hand side of the student record.
Click on “+” button to create a new application. It will open up with Wizard on the right pane itself. The same process of Application Wizard is implemented here.
If you have an existing enrolment, click it to select. Then click next to proceed. Else, you will have to create a new enrolment. Always select an existing enrolment if you have one.
As we selected the existing enrolment, existing application is seen. Click on the ‘+’ icon to create a new application.
Unlike in the course search, you will have to manually search for the provide, campus and course from the dropdown menu.
The new selected course will be listed as the new application. You can differentiate it with the delete button. Define the application type and commencement date.
Also note that the preference for the new application has been additional as there already is a primary application. Click next to proceed.
Click ‘Submit’ to create an application. You can ‘Cancel and Exit’ from the wizard, if you do not want to create. Or go back to amend any changes.
